Craig Stephans grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma. After earning a soccer scholarship to The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, he earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a master’s degree in Counseling and completed over 20 hours toward an MBA. He is the author of Shakespeare on Spirituality: Life-Changing Wisdom from Shakespeare’s Plays.
Also the author of Life as God Has It: A Return to Paradise (available from Amazon or the author), a book presenting the major themes of the Bible. Craig and his wife Missy were married in May 1991. They have lived in Charleston since then. They have a daughter Madeline born Sept 2002, a son Jack born June of 2007, and a golden retriever Marius.
In August of 2007, Craig began Seminary at Trinity Episcopal Seminary in Ambridge, PA (outside Pittsburgh) as a Postulant of the Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina. Craig completed seminary in December 2009 and was ordained to the Holy Orders of Deacons by the Rt. Rev. Mark Lawrence, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of SC.
Craig gladly accepted a call to be the rector of The Church of the Redeemer (Anglican) in Camden, NC just outside Elizabeth City. In April 2010, Craig was ordained to the holy order of priests by the Rt. Rev. John Guernsey of the Anglican Church in North America. He and his family live in Elizabeth City, NC.

Pastor Holly Loyer is the Executive Director of Albemarle Teen Challenge.
She holds a BA in Human Services, a MBA in Health Care Administration and Human Resource Management. She attended Seminary at Regent University and earned a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Missiology (The Study of Missions). She is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Renewal.Pastor Holly has worked in many facets of the Health Care System. Prior to establishing Albemarle Teen Challenge she functioned as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for the states of Virginia and North Carolina. She has a heart to see broken women be set free and delivered from their life controlling problems. She loves to see women empowered, equipped and trained in an effort to reach others for the Kingdom of God.

Jason believes a physician should never stop learning. This is why he attends seminars, conferences and training regularly to learn the latest information possible for his patients. He also enjoys reading regularly everything from books to research articles to blogs to newsletters searching for the most up to date health information. He is also blessed to be the host of the wildly popular podcast Healthy Families Made Easy where he has the privilege to interview health experts on a regular basis…and Jason passes all of this info for free.
Jason loves anything involving his family. He loves being active from running 1/2 marathons, marathons, obstacles races, martial arts and functional fitness. He has a deep passion for nutrition, public speaking and teaching others to live their very best lives.

Shane has been attending Forest Park since 2011 and serving since 2012 after his first trip to Ecuador with our global outreach team. Shane has played many different roles while serving here at Forest Park, some including first impressions, media, and creative elements with our worship team. Now Shane serves as Student Pastor leading, NEXT, the student ministry of Forest Park Church. He passionately serves the next generation every single day and believes that in order to change the future, we must be able to disrupt the present. Shane’s passion is fueled by his desire to create environments where these students feel loved, understood, and accepted during one of the most challenging ages in life. He has been married for 5 years to his beautiful wife Sydney Paris, who is currently serving as our church’s photographer. They love watching football, going to the beach, and doing life with their 4 year old son, Tatum and their 4 month old, Brooks.

Kaylee B. Burns is a graduate of Regent University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Certificate of Graduate Studies in School Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) through the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and a Certified Traumatologist and Certified Compassion Fatigue Educator/Therapist through the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology. Kaylee is also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC). Kaylee uses a combination of personally tailored techniques that meet the unique needs of her clients. In addition, she is able to offer a Biblically based approach that integrates Christian faith, beliefs, and values. She has been with Northeastern Professional Counseling since January 2015 and currently works with children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, couples, families, and groups.

Evan Neal is originally from Elizabeth City, NC and is a graduate of Newspring Leadership College in Anderson, SC. Evan is currently an intern at Crossroads Discipleship Home, also in Anderson, SC.
Evan is the son of Scott and Lana Neal, Lead Pastors at Forest Park Church in Elizabeth City, NC.

Hans Hess oversees all ministries at Fountain of Life. He became the senior pastor around 2009. Prior to this, he traveled extensively as an evangelist, served as Missions Director for Redemption Ministries, and planted a church in Sterling, Virginia. As leader of FOL, his vision is to see souls saved, evangelize the community, disciple new believers, and usher in revival.
He and his wife Jackie grew up together in Grundy, VA where they married in 1992. Both of them, along with their daughters Sarah and Alex, are gifted musicians and enjoy using their gifts together in ministry.

Anna received her Master's Degree in Counseling from Regent University in 2008. She spent her residency working in Domestic Violence and Substance Abuse, becoming licensed to practice Therapy in North Carolina in 2010. While working full-time as Lead Clinician with Pride in NC, Anna built her private practice in the evenings. Additionally, pursuing her love of teaching, she became a state certified DWI service provider, offering assessments and group classes. In June of 2014, Anna was able to transition to working full-time in her Private Practice, Northeastern Professional Counseling, PC.

Wesley Clark is an enthusiastic father, musician, and motivational speaker. Throughout the years Wesley has been privileged to use his gift of drumming at various ministries like The Rock Church, Forerunner Ministries, and The Mount of Elizabeth City. Clark currently resides in North Carolina where he is active in his community, encouraging young men to pursue God and their dreams no matter how big the obstacle.

Scott is lead pastor of Forest Park Church in Elizabeth City, NC. Scott has been married to his best friend, Lana, for thirty-one years. Together, they parent three amazing adults, Evan (27), Ashlyn (23), and Camryn (21). And two perfect grandsons, Graysen (2), and Elliot (1). Scott enjoys books, friends, family, cooking and strong coffee. He is a graduate of Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Scott and Lana’s dream is to lead a church where broken people, regardless of their present condition or spiritual journey, experience God’s love and grace and are inspired to passionately follow Jesus. Scott became Lead Pastor of Forest Park in November, 2001.
